A rapidly growing, publicly traded electronics company needs of a Vice President of Finance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-yrs experience as Controller/Senior Accountant with 10Q/10K responsibilities. Multilingual in Chinese a plus.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Preparation of Annual Budget, Annual Tax Return, Budget Review and Cost Analysis of Profit Centers, Recordation of Monthly Journal Entries, Generate Financial Statements with Footnotes, Year-to-Date Cash Flow, Semi-Monthly Payroll, Analytical Services, Implement, Document and Maintain adequate and effective internal controls,
