The EzeCC Consultant plays a critical role in implementing the Eze Compliance and Commission Management products for our clients. In this role, you interact with C-level individuals, gather business requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and configure our compliance and commission management functionalities to best fit our client s' workflow. The EzeCC role provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into two facets that are becoming increasingly important within the global investment community -- compliance and commission management.
Job Functions
- Project Management -- manage multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate client expectations
- Product Implementation -- install, configure, and customize our products including report design
- Communication Skills --be a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicate client requirements to Product Management and Development teams
- Client Service -- build strong client relationships with hedge fund traders, portfolio managers, and executives (CFOs, CCOs, COOs)
- Technical Skills -- learn how to work with Relational Databases, and understand basic C#/SQL coding
- Light traveling is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required, 3.2 GPA or higher
- 1-3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, client service, and/or software implementation and configuration
- Ability to take ownership of projects, manage implementation plans, and execute the action items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment using innovative problem-solving skills
- Experience/Interest in the financial services industry and technology
- Experience/Interest in Compliance and Commissions Reporting
