White Plains, NY: Boutique investment bank specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Insurance sectors is looking to fill Senior and Associate level positions.

MA Senior Advisor: We are looking to partner with experienced MA professionals both in the US and Canada who can represent the company within their local area. If you are an independent investment banker or MA professional who has been involved in successful transaction closings, turnarounds, private equity investor, private placements, retired executive or operator, you are a potential candidate for this position. The senior advisor should have exceptional client handling skills, a strong understanding of finance, the ability to sell services and stay committed to a transaction from beginning to close. The company can help with lead generation, deal flow and offer transaction guidance and advisory services. Senior Advisor Pay Structure: You will share in any retainer and success fees collected from your accounts. There is an option for a salary or a draw against future commissions upon closing your first transaction. If you reside near White Plains, y ou can work out of the White Plains office.

MA Interns / Analyst / Associate Trainee: We are looking for candidates interested a career in MA to assist our senior advisors in the MA process including lead generation, buyer and seller interviews, valuations, creation of pitch books, solution-selling, applications/transaction updating and follow-up, etc. You do not need to have worked in an MA office however, this position involves heavy phone work requiring a strong sales acumen and financial knowledge. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or higher, minimum 1 year of corporate experience, corporate sales experience is a plus. Trainee Pay Structure: Shared fees, plus activity based pay of $30 to $40k upon closing your first transaction. The potential is $50k plus. Internships are a 6 months "exposure to MA" program and are unpaid. Interns, Analyst and Associate Trainee position are full time in-house positions and require you to reside in White Plains.
