Prestigious financial investment firm seeking hard-working part-time employee. We are a successful mid-size company, centrally located near Bundy Wilshire Blvd. This is a great position -- perfect for a hard-working individual looking to work grow within a fast-paced financial environment. Could grow into full-time position. Will be working with a terrific group of women and will be provided with hands-on training every step of the way!
Duties include:
Data-entry database management
Filing
Answer phones, handling multiple lines/high volume of incoming calls
Reviewing client account applications
Assisting brokers/salespeople
Ideal candidate must:
Answer the phones with enthusiasm with excellent "phone voice"
Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, light use of Excel
Type 50 WPM or faster (you will be tested at the interview)
Have at least 2 years experience in professional office setting
Be extremely punctual and reliable (we do check references)
Have upbeat, friendly, helpful attitude amongst co-workers and with our customers
Must be able to troubleshoot and find solutions to issues quickly as they arise
This position is being offered as a temp-to-hire basis only. Permanent employment will be offered within 30-60 days after we see that you are a good fit for our company.
