Property Management Company Seeking an Assistant/Leasing Agent
We are a small property management company in the SF Valley. Our office is on Ventura Blvd. in the city of Tarzana. We mostly manage single family homes, condos, and smaller multi-unit residential buildings. We are equipped with a full maintenance crew, state of the art software. and are steadily growing.
Your role: Calling leads we provide, setting up appointments with landlords, holding open houses and doing showings, taking phone calls, maintaining rapport with clients, accounting.
Qualifications: You must have sales skills, real estate experience a plus, motivated and eager to work. Must have at least an AA degree.
Compensation: Base ($10 per hour) plus commission. Part-time positition to start.
This is NOT for a residential manager position.
