Three (3) Clerical Assistants Needed for Family-Owned Vocational School in Bellflower, CA www.cit-la.com
Pay: $8/hour
Veterans of the US Armed Services will receive preference.

Position 1
Hours: Monday -- Friday 8:00 AM -- 1:00 PM
20 -- 30 Hours per week

Position 2
Hours: Monday -- Friday 11:00 AM -- 4:00 PM
20 -- 30 Hours per week

Position 3 --Bookkeeping/Clerical Position.
Hours: Monday -- Friday 4:00 PM -- 9:00 PM
20 -- 30 Hours per week

Qualifications for all positions:
➢ Bilingual -- English Spanish
➢ Computer Skills -- Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel
➢ Professional Presentation/Appearance
➢ Compassionate/helpful attitude toward students

Job Duties for all positions:
➢ Answer phones
➢ Varied clerical work
➢ Type resumes and progress reports
➢ Work with students (tutoring/job placement)
➢ Surf the Internet for job leads for our graduates
➢ May represent school at trade shows and meetings

Job Duties for position 3:
➢ Bookkeeping
➢ Match credit card receipts to bills
➢ Total timecard hours
➢ MYOB (very similar to quick books)
➢ A/P
➢ A/R
➢ Invoicing
