We are now hiring part-time to full-time office sales managers in the Inland, Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Ideal candidates are bilingual in either English/Korean or English/Chinese.
Job Description:
- Answers any questions for new clients and current clients
- Assists with sales
- Handles attendance and keeps classrooms in order
- Assists with light HR duties
- Maintain a very tight and detailed company calendar for appointments and meetings
- Attends staff meetings and seminars
- Must be able to work on Monday - Friday from 2pm - 9pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm (Summer hours may be subject to change.)
Ideal Qualifications:
- Great computer and typing skills
- Responsible, reliable and punctual
- Able to speak, read, write and type in English and Chinese or Korean.
- Enjoy working with students and being in an educational environment
- Familiar with basic Microsoft and computer programs (Word, Excel, emails, etc.)
- Professional phone manners and excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn quickly and work well with others
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Have reliable transportation
- Location: Irvine, Cerritos, Walnut, Arcadia
- Compensation: Depending on experience
