The Automoble Club of Southern California has immediate Contract Stations Relations Supervisor position available in its Emergency Road Service ("ERS") Call Center. Responsibilities:
15 to 25 road service providers
Achieving high member satisfaction results
Promoting of mobile battery and light service programs
Handling member complaints and damages
Coordinating and providing guidance and motivation to independent service providers on matters relating to the attainment of performance thresholds, business practices, driver training, conduct and all other operational issues that may arise
Communicating Club policies, procedures and performance requirements to stations and administering all contractual agreements
Supervising activities of independent contract stations within assigned field office territory through regular and frequent station visitations
Evaluating station performance, offering contract renewals and extensions, and/or implementing special action plans as deemed appropriate
Inspecting and evaluating station locations, verifying that facilities, equipment, and drivers' appearance comply with Club policies
Advising and assisting the CSR Field Manager in determining the overall requirements of the assignment, with service provider assessments, identifying and recommending corrective measures where appropriate
Working closely with Approved Auto Repair specialists and independent repair facilities to ensure the members roadside breakdown and repair experience is the best possible
Qualifications:
Experience as a field or territory representative
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, automotive skills a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of the towing industry and mechanical aptitude preferred
Prior experience developing recommendations and proposals, as well as successful negotiations and complaint resolution required
Professional verbal and written communication skills required, including excellent presentation skills
Prior experience in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, development of cost-benefit models and understanding of financial spreadsheets and profit and loss statements required
General management, organizational and time management skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio required
