Candidates should be proactive, detail oriented people who want to work with our customers and partners to support our enterprise class software products. Responsibilities include:
Advancement timeline management
Customer relationship management
Detailed requirements gathering
Product training
Use testing
Ongoing support

Desired Knowledge/Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Project management, customer communication, or leadership experience
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and ownership of assigned work
Ability to demonstrate time management skills
