We offer the full-time position of a Client Care (Marketing Sales) Manager in our friendly offices in Santa Monica, seven blocks from the Pacific Ocean. As a Client Care Manager you are in charge of advertising, marketing and sales. You are responsible for procuring the projects for the company.
You implement and monitor current strategies and campaigns, and develop new ones. You provide information and estimates to prospective and current clients and close the sales.

Suited candidates must have an excellent general education (Bachelor's or Master's degree), an international background, a pleasant and outgoing personality, experience and talent in marketing and sales, and outstanding written and oral language skills in English and at least one major foreign language (Spanish, French, German, Chinese or Japanese).
The right person will possess both, the ability to follow instructions precisely (from the General Manager), and to work independently. S/he will be extremely versatile and, after several months of training and familiarization, willing and able to step into any department and take on any task at any time, such as office management, project management and linguistic projects (translations, editing and proofreading).
At a certain point, after having proven capable and successful, the Client Care Manager may be offered the position of General Manager of the company.
