Growing Company in need of Data Entry/Administrative Assistant PT to grow to FT
Growing company looking for a data entry/administrative assistant with a positive can do attitude.
Position to start as part time to grow quickly to full time. Starting hours Mon -- Fri, 10:30am -- 3:30pm (hours to change and expand quickly)
Primary Functions, but not limited to:
Support the Sales/Admin Team
Data Entry
Clerical Duties
Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate parties
Return customer service calls as directed
Various projects as needed
Requirements:
Proficient computer skills: word, excel, outlook
Great work ethics
Independent worker
Strong, clear telephone skills
Customer service oriented
Able to follow directions and work independently
Knowledge of Office methods, procedures, practices and equipment
Able to organize and prioritize
Sales and Customer Service Experience a BIG PLUS!
Position and responsibilities have potential to grow with the Company.
