I. PURPOSE OF POSITION
Maintain the day-to-day operational analytical processes for the Ecommerce business. Analyze commercial performance data (sales and commercial marketing), customer data insights and provide findings and recommendations to the Director. Foster cross functional collaboration Planning and Allocation teams, as well as Finance, Marketing and Production.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with service provider Vendor(s) and communicate day-to-day process deliverables, project timelines and service expectations related to data exchange and information format.
Manage all site performance analytics including but not limited to Merchandise performance, traffic and
other operational Key Performance Indicators.
Maintain monthly product flow between megasuits.com and Vendor's warehouse; ensure timely floor-set delivery in-line with Retail Calendar.
Manage all technical and operational aspects of data exchange between Vendor(s) and megasuits.com, including assortment information, sample management and third party syndicated data (Marketing, Research, Affiliates).
Performance marketing analysis with strong focus on product ROI measurements including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Retargeting and Email blasts.
Support the Director or any ad-hoc, special projects when needed.
Create, manage, and execute strategic cross-functional portfolio of projects assuming overall responsibility for quality, development, deliverables and budget.
Consistently demonstrate megasuits.com inc and functional competencies.
Provide leadership, guidance, and management to multiple project teams throughout implementation.
Develop, and deliver overall strategy of how to leverage web analytics to drive business results. Specifically, utilize web data and analysis to create concise conclusions and recommendations for improving the user experience, increasing brand exposure and shop conversions, optimizing marketing and merchandising, and positively impacting company's return on investment.
Work on director sponsored projects and/or process improvements (including associated cost analysis).
Responsible for maintaining system integrity (demand supply data) as well as updating appropriate 'age' inventory according to seasonal calendar.

IV. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field
Experience and Skills
Highly analytical, linear thinker and process management driven
Exceptionally strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Knowledge, understanding and experience with web analytics, and content management best practices and techniques, web metrics, data tagging, Web 2.0 platforms, site measurement tools and SQL.
Desirable, 2+ years of in depth work experience in web content management and analytics discipline, Coremetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics or comparable.
Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to scope, cost, and schedule.
Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
