Court Reporting agency seeks office manager.
We are looking for someone who is:
computer literate, dependable, able to multitask, able to work full time Monday through Friday and will do overtime when necessary.
Someone who takes quality customer service and work product seriously. A high attention to detail is necessary.

DUTIES include but are not limited to:
billing, shipping, receiving, maintaining a daily calendar, faxing, scanning, emailing, processing work product, answering phones.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Court reporting experience a plus. Prior office management a plus.
