I have an immediate need for a bright and organized individual who loves spreadsheets and is dedicated to making order out of chaos. Our Los Angeles Ventura County branch office (located in Culver City) is full of some great sales people and we need an Administrative Assistant who can be our multitasking organizational guru. If you are the type who has a place for everything and are not dissuaded by mounds of paper, the word 'audit', and a 4000 client database that needs a serious overhaul then we NEED to hear from you ASAP!
Your day to day would consist of working on spreadsheets in Excel, running and creating reports, making sure we accurately bill our clients, data entry, letter writing, log keeping, problem solving, clear internal and external communication, ordering supplies and telling us all (again) what paperwork we are missing. This position is full time with benefits. We are a large national company so there is opportunity for growth.
Required:
4 Year College Degree with Strong Academic Record
At Least 2 Years Work Experience in an Office Setting
Strong Excel Skills (Advanced Excel Skills a Plus!)
Great Communication Skills
Attention to Detail
Ability to Multitask with Ease
Not Required, but for Bonus Points:
Spanish Speaking or Translation Experience
Experience in Database Cleanup
Experience in the Advertising or Publishing Industry
