Tech-Savvy Administrative and Project Assistant (West LA)

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a member of a rapidly growing, professional voice talent and video production company. As an Administrative and Project Assistant, you will be expected to handle the following for our busy production company:

* Schedule client meetings, internal discussions and voice over talent in our shared calendar.
* Email and call clients to coordinate scheduling, deliverables and due dates.
* Manage and track issues that may come up at any point in the production process.
* Update the production calendar when dates shift (we use Excel and Gantt charts)
* Review prospects and leads, and handle scheduling sales calls.
* Run errands including, bank deposits, office supplies, etc..
* Manage other administrative duties as required.

We need an individual who not only assumes responsibility for the tasks that they have been assigned, but also goes above and beyond to provide support for clients, business partners and his or her internal team members. We are looking for someone who is excited, passionate, dedicated and committed to client satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS
(Note that if you do not have the following skills, this is not the position for you, as they are critical to our business.)

* You must have worked in a similar position in a Web, video or music production environment. This includes web design, multimedia design, video and voice recording, etc.
* You must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Exchange) like the back of your hand. Google Docs experience is a plus.
* You must have had experience managing a project/production schedule, which includes the ability to create and edit Gantt Charts. Note that this can also include any experience with Salesforce, Basecamp, MS Project, or another PMIS.
* You're an expert in customer service management (over the phone and via email), scheduling and project coordination.
* Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
* Flexible in using both PC and Apple computers.
* Utmost professionalism in writing and speaking to our clients, internal staff members and voice over talents.
* Although it is not required, fluency in a second language (especially Spanish or French) is highly desirable.
