Informa Research Services has an immediate opening for a Level II Client Relationship Supervisor in our Calabasas office. This position maintains the client's relationship by answering questions and concerns, trouble shooting, report modifications, and cross selling. You will be responsible for a team, including interviewing, training, and evaluating employees, as well as representing Informa Research Services at banking industry events, including webinars, conferences, seminars, and community forums. You will supervise researching competitive intelligence information related to all commercial products and services for various banking institutions nationwide and deliver accurate and timely reports.
A Bachelors degree and a current CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) Certificate are required to be considered for this position, as well as advanced knowledge of banking products. You must Author or Co Author and submit to publish a minimum of two articles each calendar year. You must be able to have intelligent and informative discussions with clients on what is happening in the market and be able to relay general industry information.
This position pays $50,000 + Depending on Experience, plus excellent benefits.
