A commercial online fast growing printing Company are looking to hire an experienced, motivated, and highly qualified Sales Marketing Manager.
Purpose:
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, managing sales team staff.
Responsibilities:
Accomplishing marketing and sales human resource objectives by planning, and organizing Sales staff to maximize their potential. If necessary, recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales employees. Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans. Regular meetings with sales employees to establish realistic sales objectives for each month. Monitoring each sales person's daily performance. Assisting sales people in sales process by stimulating floor traffic as well as motivating them for the best performance. Coordinating with production, customer service and financial management to implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.
Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share.
Sustaining reputation with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
Regular reporting to Senior Management of all the developments, achievements and recommending ways, trends and changes for implementation of sales targets and operational smoothness.
We Require:
Excellent knowledge and experience in the field of printing industry.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Be initiative and enthusiastic. Have excellent communication and people skills.
Able to motivate and lead a team of sales people. Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Able to work calmly under pressure. Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
Computer friendly. Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
