Marketing Operations Intern
Monitor and respond to brand social content on Facebook and Twitter
Source new content for social sites
Research competitive products and categories for brand needs
Handle all requests for product samples for PR and other needs
Assist with in-house consumer use studies for brands as needed which may include consumer recruitment, creating and managing paperwork, and scheduling
Filing and organizing all consumer releases and testimonials
Assisting in getting information from all vendors and location during End-of-Month inventory reports
Inputting data for inventory review
Tracking and compiling the proper paperwork from all vendors and locations for inventory receiving
Tracking open orders and following up with vendors on the status of their due dates
Filing and updating data and samples on production retains
Filing and organizing job/production folders
We are direct marketing company that manufactures and distributes an array of beauty and lifestyle products direct to consumers via DRTV and online channels.
