POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an office administrator. This position can have the opportunity to advance to higher positions within the specialties. There are also opportunities to advance in roles in different areas of companies, like marketing, event coordination, or sales. Potential candidates who proven that they possess other critical skills like financial, accounting, management, or marketing at a desired level will eventually earn an opportunity to move into project manager and other executive-type positions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task;
Possess excellent project managing, researching, proofreading, translating and editing skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and partners
Ability to identify and resolve problems independently. Researches and makes recommendations for wide-rage and more complex issues.
Ability to independently manage multiple competing projects simultaneously, and to determine, set and manage deadlines
Creating schedules and charts as needed
Preparing documents and correspondence
Standard secretarial/front desk duties
Exercise and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Recognize the importance and relevance of the documents handled
Recognize important matters to follow up and manage
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of supervisors and clients.
Ability to synthesize information into professional marketing communications
An exacting attention to detail in all work product
Possess a collaborative work ethic
Ability to assist supervisors in daily business and personal tasks efficiently.
Exhibits flexibility due to a busy workload
Answering/screening phone calls/conveying messages; prioritizing urgency and importance of messages and determining actions needed
Punctuality dependability and attendance necessary for the functionality of position
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to prioritize, multi task and work independently as well as function as an integral part of the office team
Ability to demonstrate skill base and reasoning capability

Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Excellent customer service skills

Experience: Entry Level
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
Ability to type in Chinese is a plus
Proficiency in website designing and programming is a plus
Experience working with and assisting attorneys is a plus
