Responsible for managing construction projects that include Operable Partitions, Overhead Doors, Coiling Doors, Metal Hollow Doors, and Glasswall Products
Responsible for managing product submittals, RFI's, installation schedules, product releases to manufacturing, and general PM daily duties.
Responsible for communicating with architects, general contractors, and manufacturing vendors
Responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget and with minimized project issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure are keys to success in this fast paced team environment
Minimum of 3 years experience.
Computer literacy is a must. PM software is a plus.
