National Franchise provides caregivers to senior who prefer to remain in their own homes, but need a little help to do so. We are seeking a Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator for the San Gabriel territory. The Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate our staff of remote part-time employees from our office in Arcadia, CA

OBJECTIVE: To coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure client's needs are fulfilled.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
ï‚§ Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment information and care plan information for new and existing clients.
ï‚§ Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or "call outs" arise. Company schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving for the day.
ï‚§ Prepare client and caregiver files (paper and in computer)
ï‚§ Creating new hire packets and employee handbooks
ï‚§ Verifying complete caregiver information in file after hiring
ï‚§ Input caregiver information into Database
ï‚§ Ensure all information is properly filed, organized and easily accessible.
ï‚§ Make the Care Plan binders and Client Welcome Packets (Assessment Kits).
ï‚§ Maintain and update all caregiver files in accordance with state regulations. Monitor licensure expiration dates and follow-up to ensure caregivers are in compliance.
ï‚§ Assist in the recruitment process, including monitoring staffing needs, interviewing applicants, and hiring applicants.
ï‚§ Accept on-call duty averaging two weeks per month and as directed.

ï‚§ Work schedule is 8:00AM -- 5:00PM M-F

QUALIFICATIONS
ï‚§ Minimum of one year in a staffing/recruiting position.
ï‚§ Professional experience in the field of customer service.
ï‚§ Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
ï‚§ Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.

YOU need to be flexible, thoughtful, trustworthy, eager for responsibility, and looking for a long-term relationship.
