Los Angeles based company in Health and Wellness industry is seeking a Top Notch Web/Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced growing team. This is a fantastic role for a designer that is interested in growing his/her career in online advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand identity across all collateral materials and our network of websites. Projects will include website development, online display advertising design, presentation and print material design.

Job Responsibilities:

- Creates, designs landing pages and other web properties to achieve high conversion rates
- Provide conceptual, design, analytics testing for all web properties
- Assist in editing, production and creation of print and interactive marketing materials
- Create proactive user experiences for web properties along with compelling advertising within a fast cycle time
- Assist in quality control by proofing final artwork. Check projects for accuracy, design, color, -format and legibility.
- Work effectively with other departments
- Meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:

- Experience coding HTML and CSS
- 2+ Years of experience working within a team to deploy web based projects
- MUST be proficient in CS5.5: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign Flash
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography limitations of the web
- Front end development experience required
- Must be familiar with web metrics such as CTR, Conversion, CPC, CPM, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO PPC Advertising and Direct Response Marketing
- Health Wellness industry, and UX and UI design experience a BIG plus
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
