Description:
This personal assistant opportunity is for a recent college graduate to learn the sophisticated intricacies of a busy and thriving photography company. You will be working directly with the photographer at his studio. Cultured photographer will train the right candidate in the areas of customer service, billing software, and learning photography packages, assist in areas of marketing and social media outreach, organize and be on location with the photographer in shoots in studio, and learn important technical and business skills of the photography industry.

Duties include:
Sending out emails for pricing requests
Knowledge of photography packages and pricing and the ability to execute it to customers
Marketing research on photographers and current trends in the field
Implement strong strategy for Social Media and Reviews
Administrative duties such as billing, invoicing, and book keeping
Marketing strategy for photography materials to agencies
Answering questions of customers
Learning advance studio lighting
Utilizing software such as Lightroom and Photoshop

Computer Skills:
Mac OSX or PC Equivalent, Microsoft Word, Excel, Knowledge of Adobe Products is a plus.

Candidates must be willing to work minimum of 20 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 12 weeks. Candidate must have his or her own computer. This is an all-encompassing position and is best suited for someone who likes to take charge and can embrace their job. The ideal candidate is extremely professional; service oriented, has strong writing and verbal skills, and has impeccable follow through skills.
