Ware Malcomb is hiring a Technology Studio Manager in our Irvine office.
Candidates should be self motivated with the drive to take ownership of the group and build our Technology Studio.
Responsibilities will include business development/networking along with project and staff management.
We are looking for someone to add to our positive, team oriented environment and help achieve our objectives.
Candidate must have 10+ years managing technology-based projects -- labs, defense, mission critical and other technology-based interiors projects.
Candidate must have amazing marketing/business development abilities with proven track record.
Candidate must have a stellar personality, a team player, and awesome interpersonal skills with experience successfully supervising and mentoring staff.
Active relationships in the technology industry in the Southern California market preferred.
Licensed Architect preferred. LEED accreditation preferred.
