EXPERIENCED EXACTIMATE ESTIMATOR
Small, established construction consulting company is looking for an experienced Xactimate estimator to prepare accurate scopes of work for property damage repairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Observe damages to structures, determine appropriate methods of repair and develop accurate cost evaluations.
Disseminate construction plans, requirements, drawings and specifications.
Produce accurate and detailed estimates.
Prepare quantity take-offs and material pricing.
Prepare written reports detailing observations, discussions and recommendations.
Advisories:
Stable work history
Occasional travel
Wages are commensurate to prior work experience.
