Bookkeeper (Full-Time) needed for fast-growing, world-leading VoD distributor, Gravitas Ventures LLC, based in El Segundo, California. Duties include:
Maintain daily accounting tasks, bank/credit card reconciliations, month/year end J/E postings.
Experienced with accounting software (QuickBooks) and demonstrated proficiency with proper accounting procedures.
Manage Monthly and Quarterly royalty payments with licensees of Gravitas (using Quickbooks).
Annual liaison with primary CPA for Gravitas to provide necessary tax preparation documents.
Provide ad hoc reports and analysis of accounting procedures, demonstrating proper financial controls.
Bachelor's Degree required. B.B.A and/or C.P.A. preferred.
Compensation dependent on experience. Full-time preferred.
