Entry Level Accounting Representatives (Los Angeles (near LAX))

LA based online media company, Internet Brands, Inc. is currently looking for entry level Accounting Representatives to join our stellar Accounting and Finance team!

Our ideal candidates is an analytical, proactive, take-charge individual who is looking to learn more about Accounting and Finance.

In addition, we're looking for a positive and energetic person who is resourceful and can grasp projects quickly.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to hit the ground running and grow with our company.

Here's what you'll be doing:
-Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
-Reconciling accounts.
-Preparing, maintaining, and reviewing all accounts.
-Helping out with internal quarterly audits.
-Much more!

Here are some of our "nice to have's" but not totally necessary:
-Previous accounting experience in any fashion. Spent a summer doing AR/AP work? Sounds great!
-Proficiency in Lawson Financials, Quickbooks, and online banking functionality. Barely touched those? That's cool too!
-Collections experience. Only done a "little bit" of collections, that's great as well!

-Have to want to learn more and grow. This is a must! We've got a great team, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow within it.
-Strong work ethic. We're looking for someone who wants to put the work in to make it happen!
-Detail oriented. You have to be organized if you're going to thrive in this role.
-LOVE working with numbers, bookkeeping, record keeping, and clerical reporting. If you love them, you're going to love this job.
