EXECUTIVE PRODUCER-- MOBILE APPLICATIONS-DREAMWORKS ANIMATION (Glendale, Ca)

ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, launch and creatively manage consumer mobile application
- Create, finalize and implement approved business plan and finalized roadmap for app launch
- Manage and motivate a team of Producers, Artists, and Designers
- Oversee creative, and with the assistance of technical directors, the technical development
- Work with VP, Development, Technical Director, Art Director and Producers to create a structure that allows the team to efficiently produce high quality connected mobile applications
- Participate in the development of the business roadmap for application
- Engage with co-production and license partners to pitch new ideas, negotiate contracts and milestones and seek approvals/sign-offs as needed
- Manage out-source partners and contractors
- Responsible for expenditure (budgeting dev) and supports the role (VP) that has revenue responsibility

REQUIREMENTS

- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Producer or VP of Development
- Social, online and/or iPhone/Android production experience
- Demonstrated excellence in producing mobile applications with innovative mass-market interfaces
- Experience managing development studios within the video game industry (Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Project Managers, and Associate Producers etc.)
- Significant experience developing and executing mobile application project plans and leading and motivating teams to success
- Strong knowledge of the mobile software/game market and device platforms
- Strong knowledge of connected application feature sets and service-based business models
