INSURANCE AGENT/CSR WITH OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (Montebello)

We are a small, Property Casualty agency which specializes in personal lines insurance sales (Home, Auto, Rentals, Umbrella, Life, etc.). We are a family-owned and operated agency which has served the insurance needs of the Los Angeles area since 1958.

This position is for an insurance agent or customer service representative (CSR) with office management experience. This is a full-time position (8:30am -- 5:00pm, Monday-Friday) with a salary, a monthly production bonus for new business, and health benefits. The ideal candidate will be seeking long-term employment and have the following required and preferred qualifications.

Required for this position:
At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance;
At least 2 years of experience as an office manager;
Bilingual in English and Spanish;
Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, FSC, insurance websites/agent sites, and agency management systems.

Preferred for this position:
Experience with Mercury and Safeco Insurance Companies;
Experience with Quomation and PowerManage;
Active California Property and Casualty License.
