As an Account Manager with the organization, you will be representing our brand in order to deliver our strong value proposition to existing and new clients.

A candidate for this Account Manager position will inherently possess integrity, enthusiasm, and an advanced passion for representing our outstanding products and services while earning excellent income. This is a commission-based position with a small base salary. A high-degree of motivation, drive, and desire to achieve are not just job-post buzzwords but a creed we live by everyday. Networking, ability to develop your own book of business, and closing experience are all crucial for success and attainable with our training program and industry expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete account management
Relationship building
Cold calling prospecting new clients
100% Customer Satisfaction
Estimation and invoicing
PL construction and control
Project management
Identify new business
Complete understanding of products, applications and services
Record, analyze, and report on activity using company software programs

REQUIREMENTS:

Sales and or Account Management experience
Self-motivation
Ability to attend daily, early morning meetings
Track record of carrying out responsibilities with minimal direction
Excellent attention to detail
Team player
Reliable transportation (assigned sales territories are broad)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read floor plans and job specifications
Conflict resolution

Construction experience and knowledge is a big plus.

Bilingual in Spanish is not necessary but would be an outstanding asset.
