We are a medical marijuana collective looking for a professional, enthusiastic organized front office receptionist to add to our team. This is a part time job and the work schedule will be subject to change. Applicants must be available to work some nights weekends. We are located near Pico Fairfax, if commuting is an issue please do not apply.
Job duties include:
- Checking in patients
- Verifying recommendations
- Answering phones
- Computer work
- Data entry filing paperwork
Job requirements include:
- Must be 21 years or older
- You are computer literate (must be able to use Microsoft word, excel, etc)
- Internet literate (should be able to do light research)
- You have Medical Marijuana Doctor Recommendation with a valid California ID
- At least 1 year office experience
- At least 1 year of visiting MMJ Collectives is a plus
- You are professional, responsible, well spoken, hardworking, friendly, energetic, outgoing, follow directions, have a can-do attitude, and are ready to be a part of the team
