Summary:
RMI International, Inc. is seeking an on call receptionist to work in a corporate environment in Torrance, CA. Under general supervision performs and operates a telephone switchboard, perform receptionist duties and various clerical tasks. Position is strictly receptionist in nature, or positions which act as relief operators who perform work in other clerical fields.
Responsibilities:
Direct visitors and vendors to the correct location
Distribute Honda visitor badges to all guests
Answer phones with proper phone greeting
Maintain lobby appearance
Fully stock all brochures
Keep inventory of all auto dealer key pick up drop off daily
Direct associates to proper location in the event of an emergency
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to use a computer. Good knowledge of PC operations, software and typing skills are required.
Sit and stand for extended periods of time.
