The Senior Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for maintaining the high retail standards of the company through Visual Merchandising and ensure that company visual guidelines are followed. Maximize productivity through development and supervision of visual managers and staff and training of in-store personnel. Ensure that all projects satisfy the divisional merchandising and sales promotional needs while maintaining the appropriate image of the Company through communication with Divisional Managers and Directors.

Primary Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for all visual merchandising activities in North America Division.
Train and evaluate visual merchandising managers, coordinate the responsibilities and set priorities of managers and ensure that quality ongoing training and guidance is provided.
Partner with VM Director, Managing Director, General Manager, Merchants, and VM Team in formulating and problem solving concepts for merchandise themes, store fixturing, merchandise placement, establishing in-store graphic needs.
Ensure promotions, events special projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external business partners.
Maintain timely communication with Visual Merchandising Director and Managing Director through the use of e-mail, telephone communication as well as digital photo documentation.
Ensure that appropriate paperwork is maintained for in-store visual projects including but not limited to purchase orders, invoices and calendars.
Ensure timely communication to appropriate parties regarding any variances in project calendars and promotion installations.
Oversee and facilitate special projects such as renovations, remodels, construction, vendor shop visits and events.
Consistently monitor and ensure that specific vendor standards are being respected and maintained.
Oversee and partner with construction collateral delivery and installation dates to ensure all parties involved have an understanding of any concerns, changes, and documentation.
Control expenses to stay within budget.

Position Requirements:
Must have degree in Visual Merchandising or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years management experience.
Must be able to work independently and be able to flex hours in order to accomplish necessary tasks.
Previous visual management experience required.
Must have strong written and verbal skills.
Must have strong organizational and planning abilities.
Must be accurate and detail oriented.
Must have established interpersonal ability; maintain positive relationships with region and in-store personnel to accomplish tasks.
Must be able to react independently to formulate solutions to situations.
Must be able to travel to multiple store locations.
