Rapidly growing organic food business based in Los Angeles CA looking for sales admin assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1/ Assist Sales manager on key accounts daily duties
2/ strategic analysis for top management (sales report, market research. . .)
3/ Handle sales development projects (website, trade shows, leads,. . .)
4/ Assist Sales manager on sales team management (sales meeting organization, communication with the team, team results report,. . .)
5/ Handle direct relationship with key customers (Operations, business development,. . .)
6/ Manage e-business development project (e-commerce website and B to B online business)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Candidate should be well-organized, particularly motivated and reactive, hard working with strong ability to handle stress
* Excellent oral and writing skills (English)
* Sales experience required
* EXCELLENT computer skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Photoshop a plus). The candidate will need to master Excel which is our main tool for analysis.
* Attention to detail and ability to mutlitask
* Ability to work as part of a team of professionals and willingness to give assistance to co-workers to achieve company goals
* Interest in food
* E-commerce skills is a plus
