Looking for Office Production Assistant for a Trade Show Event to start immediately.
Organize files , answer phones, client contact, support the Director and Producer, follow up on deal memos and many more tasks. Word and Excel knowledge a must.
Needs to be very detail oriented and organized and being creative helps; some editing and knowledge of photo shop desired. Needs to keep the companies social networking updated.
Duration is till June 4. 2012, approximately a month, 12.00 per hour, freelance, Office is on Westside of Los Angeles
