Real Estate Alliance's corporate headquarters in Pasadena, CA is seeking to add an Accounting Assistant to their team. The Accounting Assistant will directly report to the CEO.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED full time professional to work in an office environment to work hand in hand with the team to handle the day to day operational duties relating to accounting and finance. This key person NEEDS TO HAVE knowledge and experience in generally accepted accounting principles
Within this role, your integrity, dedication, and accounting knowledge will be utilized for the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department. The primary responsibilities of the position include accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow management .
Requirements:
College degree in Accounting or Finance is required
A minimum of 2-3 years of advanced accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
Real Estate Experience is a plus.
Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional demeanor.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Must be detail-oriented, hard-working, assertive, and possess great analytical skills.
