We are seeking an experienced staff accountant to head up a number of accounting responsibilities, including review, audit, and processing of employee expense reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other general accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll
- Prepare and send client invoices
- Manage all aspects of TE Expense reporting using Concur automated online tools
- Audit employee's expense reports and ensure that all expenses are within company policy and have proper approvals
- Import of TE expenses to QuickBooks using excel, reconciling credit card transactions and balances in QuickBooks
- Assist management with cost tracking of program expenses and budgets preparation
- Communicate with employees and assist them with Concur expense reporting
- Execute other admin duties as needed such as filing, scanning and receipts verification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and integrity
- Software proficiency: advanced QuickBooks, advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting
- Experience with Concur integrated travel and expense management software solutions
