PROPERTY MANAGER -- MARINA DEL REY
Looking for Property Manager needed for a 50 unit A+ property in Marina del Rey.
DUTIES: The Property Manager manages all renting activities; support staff, vendors and resident affairs; ensures that all rents are collected when due, posted and deposited; Manages 30 day notices, evictions, move-ins and move-outs; manages vendor's scheduling and billings; maintains records and submits reports; walks and inspects property and vacant apartments; ensures timely turnover of apartments; monitors and schedules all maintenance activities; manages resident complaints and service requests; shop competition ; ensures quality sales presentations of staff; performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the regional manager
REQUIREMENTS: Preferably 3 years experience managing 50+ units assuming all duties above. Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing at least 3 staff members. Must be able to motivate staff; be a great in sales/closing; possess Fair Housing knowledge; have excellent customer service skills; be highly motivated self starter; have good organizational skills; have excellent written and oral communication skills; have excellent computer skills;Yardi property management software experience a plus; GED or equivalent required; degree preferable.
