Office Manager wanted for a Tax and Accounting office (CPA) in West Los Angeles.
This is a full time position. we offer competative salary + benefits.

Duties will include:
Phone/mail management, filing, correspondence assistance
Office supply management
Assistance with bill payment
Assistance with time and billing
Use of QuickBooks for data entry, bill payment bank reconciliation
Other clerical duties as assigned.

Candidate must be able to multi task, be organized, have Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
MUST be experienced in MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
Experience with CPA firm and/or business management accounting firm and software a plus.
