Position: Sales Marketing Associate
Reports to: Sales Marketing Project Manager
Location: Chatsworth, California

Position Overview: Entry-level position in the Sales Marketing Department of an exciting and growing slot gaming company.

Duties and Responsibilities: These include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist with the administration of roll out requests to install or convert gaming machines
2. Compile and distribute game performance data in Microsoft Excel
3. Create game performance reports for supervisor review
4. Administrate the Sales Department's Company SharePoint site.
5. Assist with the tracking of certain sales department related projects and requests.
6. Become familiar with a variety of Company databases to serve as a source of sales department information.
7. Attend, take, and distribute minutes from a variety of on-going weekly meetings
8. Assist with other duties assigned by supervisors

Employment Standards
Education: College degree required.

Experience: Entry-level position, no direct experience necessary. Interest in casinos, gambling, gaming, and/or technology companies is preferred.

Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic and integrity. Must be highly organized and able to work well with others inside the organization. Must be patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs a must.
