Allied Health Solutions Medical Group (AHS), a leading Provider in healthcare. We are offering a great opportunity at our Wellness Center located in Central Los Angeles for Outreach Coordinator.
AHS has been serving the public of Los Angeles for over thirty (30) years providing comprehensive outpatient services at our clinics and serving the consumers of Residential Care Facilities with the highest standard of care.
Our Wellness and Activity Center provides supervised recreational activities to the population we serve. The Center also offers outpatient routine care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Marketing, advertising, and public relations experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Administrative skills
Great on the phones
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Proficiency in public speaking or presenting information to the community
Strong skills in decision making and facilitating complex problem solving
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Demonstrate ability to initiate , plan and evaluate own work activities
Team Player
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while providing quality services
Current California Driver's license
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
POSITION OVERVIEW
Develops and implements strategies which will result in meeting the company's census goals
Develop promotional material
Disseminate information to the community about the company's programs; promoting the company's services
Provide education to physicians and other medical professionals as is required
Assists the Medical Director and Community Outreach Director in supporting departmental goals and advertising of company's services
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with referral sources and community partners
Perform data collection and analysis
Maintain a tracking system of all contacts established and relevant information that will be useful in making decisions
Make calls to the database of leads with the objective of promoting the services of the Company
Work closely with the Center's Personal Services Coordinator to organize and deliver wellness and activity center services
Coordinate Primary Care and Primary Treating Physician visits for Center members
Work closely with Residential Care Facility Coordinator in facilitating orders for Ancillary and Specialty Services
Any other duties assigned
This is an administrative and not a clinical position and as such the selected candidate is expected to support management decisions.
