We run physical education curriculum at elementary schools, offer after-school sports programs at a variety of schools throughout LA, run different private training and birthday events, and hold anywhere from 1-9 weeks of specialty camps during winter, spring, and summer breaks.

We are looking for someone highly motivated, and willing to learn. Our growth has happened within the past year rather quickly, and we need more support on the backend. Physical presence will only be required a couple of times every month (i.e. training, staff meetings, major events, etc.) and the vast majority of work will be done at the convenience of your own home.

Compensation will be $250 per week, with no set schedule but an estimated workload of 15-20 hours per week. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri, except for occasional communication on weekends.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, willing to put in high quality work, and demonstrate that they are dependable. If you can show that you bring added value and improve our team, the opportunities will be endless as we continue to grow at a rapid rate.

To be considered:

West Coast Sales Manager



The West Coast Sales Manager (WCSM) is responsible for growing RFvenue's sales in accordance with company objectives, primarily through the multiplied efforts of Independent Manufacturer Rep Agencies and Channel Partners. The WCSM will forecast and track account/project wins and overall revenue generation in the territory. The WCSM will sell RFvenue's suite of wireless audio products, including antenna systems, RF and DC distribution products, associated accessories and emerging RF technologies. The WCSM must display a high level of knowledge and personal interest in wireless audio, audio-visual systems and RF technology in general. The WCSM must effectively engage in consultative sales, coaching the customers on strategic approaches to wireless audio systems and in-building RF management, while drawing on RFvenue's technical sales resources to support the technical aspects of successfully implementing distributed antenna systems and RF technology. The WCSM is also responsib le for farming existing accounts to identify incremental business opportunities by increasing the proliferation of RFvenue products at customer facilities. Review all loan components in the consumer loan application to include but not limited to completeness, accuracy and integrity while ensuring that documents are consistent and uphold to Company and industry guidelines. (i.e. qualifying income used is supported by documentation provided.)
Examine transaction to ensure compliance with all Cashcall consumer loan policies.
Implement and enforce fraud detection techniques. Request supplemental information/documentation as necessity dictates. Also, forwarding files to the fraud que for review when necessary.
Underwrite loan application within limits of credit authority based on capability to underwrite transactions involving varying levels of complexity and risk--Acquire a 2nd level underwriter when deemed necessary.
Recognize risk factors that may compromise the overall quality of the application request.
Execute prudent loan decisions and review loan conditions in a timely manner.
On average underwrite and disposition 50 consumer loans applications per day.
Every file must be reviewed to completion on the initial review, (application, credit, faxes, call logs all calculations) no matter the decision, unless an incomplete application was given.
Recognize types of documentation required for varying or unique circumstances. (e.g. Self-Employed borrowers, derogatory credit and non-traditional income sources, etc.)
Effectively communicate an engage proactively with loan agents, funders and servicing/collections in regards to loan decisions, assignment of loan conditions and possible loan scenarios.
Each underwriter is to uphold exceptional customer service.

Ability to be detailed oriented while working in changing working conditions
Knowledge of CDS Scores, FICO Scores, consumer loan applications, ACH transactions
Ability to analyze large amounts of financial data and the ability to document financial data accurately
