SKYSPORT SPA is currently seeking fitness minded energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates to join our team as we expand! We are specifically looking for professional, punctual, reliable and proactive candidates that can juggle many tasks positively in an ultra-busy environment without being micromanaged. Committed to offering a full service wellness experience to maximize life, SKYSPORT SPA offers a totally integrated approach to a healthy lifestyle. The qualified candidate will:
* Must have computer/internet competency and experience specifically with CRM Tools - specifically MINDBODY software and Microsoft Office.
* Must possess the ability to handle many calls per day, while still being able to be friendly and attentive to clients who come in through the doors.
* Will be responsible for greeting all Clients
* Will be responsible for Scheduling New Prospects
* Will be responsible for checking members in and facilitating any inquiries to the proper department
* Must have a professional appearance and optimistic attitude
* Restock all client amenities, and empty trash with some light cleaning (in between Cleaning Company Visits)
* Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
* Maintain the reception area with a clean, tidy presentation
* Ensure all appointments are booked and confirmed
* Order and maintain facility supplies
This is a great part-time position (30 hours) for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization located in Beverly Hills, CA!
