Junior Designers:
NO mediocre designers PLEASE! Must have raw talent in design.
Please have a minimum of a BFA in Graphic Design or a related field. (We will consider someone with a two year degree only if you are a very strong designer) Must be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-design. Quark XPress skills are a plus! You can be fresh out of school if your skills are top notch. We do not care to see any interactive or web work, as we strictly are a print design company.
Both positions will start as an in-house FREELANCE contractor role for a set amount of time. Depending on the designer after the initial contract we may ask you to stay longer with the potential for a Full-time position for the right designer in the future.

4. No mediocre designers please, please have a genuine talent for design. If you are young and fresh we welcome you to apply but please have a strong portfolio showing your talents. There are lots of designers looking for work, so be sure to WOW us with your portfolio.

WE WOULD PREFER TO LOOK AT A .PDF OF YOUR PORTFOLIO RATHER THEN A LINK TO AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO (see #2 above) - We may or may not look at online portfolios due to the time it takes to review them.
