Vision and Sound is an Audio / Video and Home Automation Company in the Southbay Area of Los Angeles who is looking for an Office Manager with good Accounting and Book Keeping Experience who is also technically minded.
We are currently building our State of the Art showroom in Manhattan Beach California and in order to make it an experience for clients who visit, we will require a staff member who is very organized and very personable.
The 2 owners of Vision and Sound are often out of the office visiting clients and need someone in the office who can represent the company, the way they would. This showroom location for the most part will be by appointment only, although there will always be the occasional visitor, coming to see what we do. There may be instances where this staff member is required to give a tour of the showroom and therefore will need to be technically minded, in order to answer some very basic questions about the sophisticated home automation systems that we sell.
The environment will be somewhat similar to an Apple Store, very hi-tech and ultra-modern, but catering to 1 group at a time.
The main daily tasks will also involve assisting the owners with creating proposals, placing orders, book keeping, opening mail, answering phones, scheduling appointments, accepting deliveries, etc.

- Compensation: TBD: $2500 - $3500 per month depending on skills and experience
