We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a part-time position in a fast-paced, busy lingerie/sleepwear company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and must be able to take direction as well as work independently.
Qualifications:
Two years minimum experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Quickbooks required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through
Knowledge of bookkeeping a plus
Duties Include:
General administrative support (phones, filing, data entry, etc.)
Past due collections and Accounts Receivables
Incoming/Outgoing Order Processing
Payment Processing
Quickbooks record keeping and maintenance
Errands and deliveries
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
