This position is for a full time Insurance Agent assistant in a small office with inbound and outbound business being conducted. Searching for the right individual to join our team.
We require our assistant to be licensed . Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Insurance experience preferred.(Auto -Home-Life commercial etc).
Must be able to multitask and execute sales and follow up calls. Be comfortable with cold calls and discussing insurance quotes with clients. Have a good attitude with verifiable work references.
We are strict on attendance and work ethic.
Computer literate is a must.
Candidate must have good credit rating and reliable transportation.

Base salary plus commission. Monday-Friday 9 to 5pm. Some overtime may be allowed.
