A fast growing insurance brokerage company based in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly motivated CSR to join our team. We are a full-service agency that excels in Commercial lines. Looking for a professional, energetic customer-focused person to join our team. The right candidate loves working with people and is great communicator.
Required Competencies
2 + years prior commercial insurance industry experience required (Servicing for an insurance agency, brokerage or direct writer) (REQUIRED)
Experience with TAM/Applied Systems (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Computer proficiency (A MUST);
Outstanding communication skills; written and verbal for in-person and phone interaction
Strong learning and multi-tasking ability essential to working in a growing fast-paced company
Desire to succeed, self motivated and high energy
Must be a self starter with the ability to create, develop and nurture relationships
Ethical, honest with a superior work ethic
Current PC license (REQUIRED)
