Ecommerce Star Up Business/Product Manager (IN HOUSE FULL TIME ONLY / NO SUB-CONTRACTOR OR TELECOMMUTE)

Currently in the process of spinning off our e-commerce unit to create an online stores. Seek E-commerce Web Manager to broaden product offers and grow the site(s.) This job requires significant responsibility and commitment and presents opportunities for growth and advancement for the right candidate. Treat it like starting your own business within the company.
Main Job Responsibility:
Develop and grow Ecommerce site
Business planning and management
SEO/SMO -- track SEO and SMO performance and formulate strategy improve search rankings.
PPC Management- work with contractor to maximize the ROE of PPC spending
Manage /create Google, Ad Center, Amazon, EBay web stores.
Monitor and update shopping comparison sites
Approve website content created by Marketing
Design and monitor various Email and seasonal promotion
Merchandising - search and negotiate with new vendors (and prepare product launch)
Design and monitor internal operation process
Set revenue and performance target
Monitor financial result and create related reporting
Ability to analyze business, financial, marketing data and develop business strategy
Experience working with freelance contractors, project management
Some knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET (not required)
PPC- Google Analytics, Ad words and other online marketing tools
