There is an immediate opening for an Office Manager (Entry Level) at our company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the e-commerce industry to join a growing consumer specialty Internet retailer of health and beauty products.
Desired Skills:
- AA or BA in marketing, sales, or business administration
- Knowledge of e-commerce, Amazon or Ebay, a plus
- Internet and e-mail skills a plus
- Great communication skills
- Fast learner
- Attention to details
- Organized
- Eager to learn
- HTML and Photoshop skills, a plus
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in day-to-day management and operation
- Prepare purchase orders and deal with vendors
- Maintain website listings and update them regularly
- Deal with customer service calls and process orders over the phone via our web terminal
- Assist in direct marketing programs, i.e., e-mail blasts, Facebook, Twitter
- Ability to upload and revise shopping site listings, i.e. Google Shopping, PriceGrabber, etc.
- Establish new contact with manufacturers and vendors
- Prepare and review vendor proposals and purchase orders
- Negotiate terms, prices and material contract terms
- Assist in inventory management
Pay: $14 to $16 an hour to start, plus year-end performance bonus
